Spell caster classes need 2 hands (Can have claws or paws but not use them for standing for instance a bear can stand no its hind legs and cast, while a dire wolf cannot) to do semantic and material components.  They need to be able to speak a language to cast verbal components.

Monsters and Magic Items:

Armor: Must have a torso to wear armor.  Basic costs is doubled for nonhumanoids.  Basic cost is doubled for size large.  A large nonhumanoid costs 4 times as much.   Platemail normally costs 1,500 gp.  Platemail for a Dire Wolf would cost 6,000gp.

Belts: Must have a torso.

Chest: Must have a torso.

Eyes: Must have eyes.

Feet: Must have feet (not hoaoves, claws or paws)

Hands: Must have hands or claws(if wearing gauntlets or gloves the creature losses its claw attacks)

Head: Must have a head.

Headband: Must have a head.

Neck: Must have a torso with a head attached.

Ring (up to two): Must have fingers, claws or paws (not hooves).

Shield: Must have arms with hands with fingers.

Shoulders: Must have a torso and head.

Wrist: Must have limbs.

Weapons: Weapons can be wielded normally by creatures with hands.  A creature that can stand bipedal can use two paws or claws to wield a weapon using two paws or claws (a bear can stand on its hind legs and wield a sword using two paws)  When wielding a weapon a monster loses its claw attacks.

Must have two hands to be able to use any type of bow.  To use thrown weapons the creature must have either hands or claws.
