I assumed rapid shot would not as it is an EX ability and not ammunition based, and Far Shot was out cause it is a max 30' range. Thanks for the clarifications.

Lastly, I would like to know if the "At Will" descriptor for the Greater Teleportation means that use of that ability dosen't take up a Move, or Standard action(At Will = Free Action)?

At Will means they can do it as often as they like, and not limited to a number of times per day.

It is a standard action to teleport. Greater Teleport is a supernature ability to a Lantern Archon.
