Questions

Ok, a few more questions >.> I must be getting bothersome by now.

When useing the wand strike feat the wand counts as a weapon but you can add no extra dmg IE (Sneak attack, Smite) Does the wand count as a light weapon and if so can you use the feat Flick of the Wrist in order to make the first wand attack agaist the targets flatfooted AC?

With Double wand wielder and Wand strike is it possible to make 2 attacks or is it still just a single attack?

With QuickDraw can you put weapons away as fast as you can draw them or is it still a ... Move Action (I think) to put a weapon away?

Also what exactly happens to a player when there Str or Dex score reaches Zero?

One more thing in the DND Arena Rules it says "Incapacitating spells have a maximum duration of 1d3 rounds." What spells are considered Incapacitating? I expect things like Hold Person ect but that shouldn't effect things that lower stats correct? (If so then Vampires are to cheesy >.>)

Are we aloud to make scrolls/wands for any spell in any aloud book at any caster lvl up to 11th lvl? (Wands 4th lvl)

Also is there a rule against casting 2 offensive spells in a single round with the Quicken Spell feat? My DM says there is but I think thats just a House rule (He has a lot of those)

Well now that I've edited this post like 6 times I'll do it again and add one more questions. When casting a Scroll as a Rogue useing UMD do you have to dicpher the scroll when you cast it or so long as it's not a new scroll do you already know whats there? Also what kind of action does it take in order to dicpher a scroll?

Wandstrike: Complete Arcane
Double Wand Wielder: Complete Arcane
Flick of the Wrist: Complete Warrior

If you draw the wand that round it would count for flick of the wrist.

Double wand wielder takes a full attack action to use the second wand. Wandstrike uses a standard action, so you cannot use wandstrike and double wand wilder.

Quick draw is for drawing a weapon only, not sheathing. to sheath you must use a move action

If any stat is reduced to 0 you are incapciated, if it was con you die. drop to 0 is a death condition in the arena.

The incapacitating spells are like hold person, hold monster, sleep, etc.

yes you can make wands and scrolls of any spell listed in the allowed books.

The scroll has to be deciphered at some point in time before attempting to use it. Now if you had a read magic on you this does not need to be done.
Since we cannot determine when and if you had deciphered it or not you will need to make the dicpher script roll before you can attempt to use it.

Well as to the decipher script I'm mainly asking for the Cheese Arena. Since it should be assumed I've had my gear for a while or at the least for several days. I would have bought and deciphered the scrolls and So long as it is possible for me to make the check I shouldn't need to actually make the check in the tournament because I would essentaly have an unlimited amount of time to decipher the scrolls.

Because the way your saying it make scrolls completely worthless to anyone in the Cheese Arena. So essentaily for Rogue it's pointless for me to take UMD because the only thing I can use is wands which is very very limiting.

I agree you have no way to know if I made the check but if it is possible for me to make the check then it should be assumed that I have because in essence I could make an almost unlimited number of checks before the tournament.

Point.

So I will say you have deciphered any scroll you have as long as you can actually make the check. So if you have a scroll of 5th lvl you will need a +10 in decipher script to be able to do so.
