Ok, a few more questions >.> I must be getting bothersome by now.
When useing the wand strike feat the wand counts as a weapon but you can add no extra dmg IE (Sneak attack, Smite) Does the wand count as a light weapon and if so can you use the feat Flick of the Wrist in order to make the first wand attack agaist the targets flatfooted AC?
With Double wand wielder and Wand strike is it possible to make 2 attacks or is it still just a single attack?
With QuickDraw can you put weapons away as fast as you can draw them or is it still a ... Move Action (I think) to put a weapon away?
Also what exactly happens to a player when there Str or Dex score reaches Zero?
One more thing in the DND Arena Rules it says "Incapacitating spells have a maximum duration of 1d3 rounds." What spells are considered Incapacitating? I expect things like Hold Person ect but that shouldn't effect things that lower stats correct? (If so then Vampires are to cheesy >.>)
Are we aloud to make scrolls/wands for any spell in any aloud book at any caster lvl up to 11th lvl? (Wands 4th lvl)
Also is there a rule against casting 2 offensive spells in a single round with the Quicken Spell feat? My DM says there is but I think thats just a House rule (He has a lot of those)
Well now that I've edited this post like 6 times I'll do it again and add one more questions. When casting a Scroll as a Rogue useing UMD do you have to dicpher the scroll when you cast it or so long as it's not a new scroll do you already know whats there? Also what kind of action does it take in order to dicpher a scroll?
Wandstrike: Complete Arcane
Double Wand Wielder: Complete Arcane
Flick of the Wrist: Complete Warrior
